Andrzej Gurak, Chairman of the Management Board
Andrzej Gurak is the Chairman of the Management Board in IMPULS-LEASING Poland Ltd. since 2007. He is responsible for Sales Department, Marketing and Sales Support Department, Law Department and also for HR Department.
Andrzej Gurak graduated The McGill University in Montreal and The York University in Toronto, where he gained the title of Master of Business Administration (MBA).
In the first half of 90` Andrzej Gurak was fulfilling managers functions in international corporations performing in real estate and also he occupied manager`s posts in managers consulting sector in Canada. In 1991 – 1993 he was a manager in North American Property Group - the property developer company. In 1994 - 1996 he worked in consulting company Hatch Associates Ltd.
In 1996 – 2005 Andrzej Gurak was connected with Raiffeisen Group. At the begining he was working in Raiffeisen Bank Poland S.A. as Deputy Director of Corporate Clients Service Department. Then he occupied such posts as: Sales and Marketing Manager, Member of Board, Vice-chairman of Board and Chairman of Board in Raiffeisen-Leasing Poland S.A. As the Chairman of Board he was in charge of strategy, sales and marketing, administration and IT trainings.
Sławomir Sołtysiak graduated The York University in Toronto and University in Ottawa, where he gained title of Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Before 1999 Sławomir Sołtysiak was gaining experience in international companies in Canada, where he was fulfilling various functions in Sale and Finance Departments.
In 1999-2005 Sławomir Sołtysiak was connected with Raiffeisen Group in Poland. At the beginning, in two years time, he was working in Raiffeisen Bank Poland in Corporate Clients Department. Then, to July 2005, he occupied different posts (Sale Manager for Network, Manager responsible for Operations and IT) in Raiffeisen Leasing Poland. Since July 2005 Sławomir Sołtysiak has been a Member of the Management Board in Fiat Bank Poland. Later, as General Director, he was responsible for implementation of AAA Auto company on Polish market. In the last period Sławomir Sołtysiak was connected with EFG Eurobank (Polbank).
